A guide for group organizers

Make the group plan before booking the court.

Agree on players, format and court time, then choose the correct booking area and arrival details.

Start with the people.

A private court booking answers where and when your group can play. The rest of the game still benefits from a simple plan. Agree on who is coming and how you will use the time before choosing the slot.

Decide who is organizing attendance and sharing the details. If players have different experience, agree on a format that makes the intended game clear to everyone. This is your group’s session, so do not assume a private rental supplies teammates, a referee or coaching.

Choose the length of play deliberately.

Compare how the group wants to use the booking: practice, repeated short games or another agreed format. Keep setup, arrival and the reserved period in mind when deciding whether the offered duration suits the plan. Use the provider’s actual booking conditions for the slot you choose.

  • Agree on who is playing and who keeps the confirmation.
  • Choose an activity and playing format everyone understands.
  • Compare the offered duration with the group’s plan.
  • Share the final location, area and start time together.

Select the court area before the platform.

Pakmen Courts has adjacent Main and South areas with separate calendars and entrances. Start with the area you are booking, then use the corresponding official platform route. A result from one calendar does not establish the same result in the other.

Main

Use the Main route when comparing that area’s courts and availability.

South

Use the South route when comparing that area’s courts and availability.

Keep the correct location together.

Share the area, selected time and arrival instructions in one message to the group. Appoint one person to keep the confirmation available. This is more useful than forwarding a general venue page while everyone works from a different detail.

Separate extras from ordinary court time.

If you need instruction, explore an actual lesson. If you want provider-organized games, explore a league or an applicable session. A birthday offer can have its own inclusions, but those do not automatically belong to an ordinary private rental. Ask for the offering you actually need rather than adding assumptions to a basic booking.

Make one clear final check.

Review the selected area’s activity, period and booking conditions before completing the reservation. Once booked, share the final plan and keep the confirmation with the organizer. Your group can then arrive knowing what it is there to do.
