Before the first visit
Make the first visit about volleyball.
Once you have chosen the session, a few practical details make arrival easier. Use this guide with the confirmation and instructions for your actual program or private booking.
Keep one useful set of details.
Save the program or booking name, selected date, playing address and provider contact together. If several family members are involved, share the same confirmation so nobody works from an old message or a different venue.
- Program or booking name and selected date.
- The actual playing venue and, where relevant, Main or South.
- Arrival instructions for the selected session or booking.
- The provider contact and your confirmation reference.
Use the playing location.
A club’s mailing address is not automatically its court. At Pakmen Courts, private bookings also distinguish Main and South. Keep the selected area with the arrival details so your group reaches the correct entrance.
For Mentor College or Fitsports, use the address and instructions for that actual session. Do not assume a city-wide program always uses one building.
Pack from the session instructions.
Follow the chosen program’s clothing, footwear and equipment guidance. Decide what you need to bring before buying something new. A supplied item or promotional inclusion belongs to the actual offering, not every session run by the same provider.
Know the participation route.
A term registration, pay-as-you-go lesson, online session booking and private rental are different arrangements. Use the one attached to the activity you chose. If a child is moving into a more experienced group, keep any coach placement advice with the program details.
Joining a provider-run session
Keep the selected session’s confirmation or attendance instructions available. Use that offering’s process if you need to clarify a detail.
Organizing a private group
Share the start time, selected court area and group plan with everyone before the day. Choose one person to keep the booking confirmation available.
Ask one specific question when something is unclear.
Tell the provider the program or booking name, venue, date and the detail you need confirmed. Include the booking reference when relevant. Specific information is easier to act on than a question without a session or location.
Still deciding what to join?
